I stayed where I was and watched Coop retreat up into the trees. I could just make out, where he had landed and that more demons were there.
As I kept watching him, he takes down more demons so easily making it look effortless.
I see a female leopard go up to him and rub herself along him!
Rage fills me, so this is the reason is it. I thought that was it when you had a mate! Apparently not, they just break the bond and go of with the next girl to pass them by.
I can’t stand the sight of them walking side by side any more, so I return to the pond. I swirl my hand in the water, asking the earth mother for the wisdom to get through this heart break and to stay alive.
