It took me so long to come around. My brain would wake up and I’d hear people around me, Realise I was on something soft. Then just like that I was dragged back under, into darkness of no more. I couldn’t even find the golden eyes, the ones that were with me every time I fell asleep. They brought me comfort now, but they held mystery when I was young.
The next time I woke, was when I was being stabbed in the arm with a needle. Once again it all went blank in a matter of seconds, I could tell one thing though it was female voices surrounding me.
My heart started to thump too quick it jolted me awake. I was still in the same place, could hear people talking.
Realising in my head they were drugging me; my heart was under stress due to the amount they were pumping in my system.
