(Yamilet)
Another contraction rips through me as Doctor Charles walks back in the room. He walks over to where the gloves are and puts on a pair.
“Alright Yamilet, I need to check you” he said. I nod and he checks me, before calling for Jackie and two other nurses.
“I am NOT having this baby without my mate” I gritted out.
“Yamilet, King Jasper will be here soon” Doctor Charles says, but I shake my head.
“You don’t understand” I screamed as another contraction hit me.
“Doctor Charles, for a pregnancy to go well for a phoenix their mate has to be present. That’s why she doesn’t want to have the baby yet” Cassandra explains and I mod my head when I heard a ruckus outside the room before the door bursts open. Jasper rushes in the room.
“I’m here. I’m here my love” he says rushing
