Amani “It is amazing,” I whispered as I looked up at the house. It was finally done, and my father had told us to come by and check out everything before they wrapped up for the day. “It is,” Josiah agreed as he reached for my hand. From the outside, the house looked warm, cozy, and inviting. It had been built with white cedar wood with a fir wooden finish. The double-story house stood tall and proud with a stone slabbed roof. The chimney poked out from the one side of the house, and I couldn’t help but smile as I took it all in. The large rectangular windows would provide a lot of natural lighting, but it was the wrap-around porch that made me happy. It was something Josiah loved, and it looked perfect.
