Nola and I were getting ready at her house for my friend’s engagement party tonight. Now we don’t need to hide our relationship; I will happily and proudly show her off to the world. And with everything that has gone down recently, I think we both need a good night out. Nola has tried sorting things with her father, but he continues to be stubborn and still apparently hates me. The signing over of my part of the company is in the works and should be official within the next couple of weeks. I still don’t regret my choice because I would rather have Nola. Though, if her father doesn’t get a grip soon, I will be visiting him because I am getting tired of seeing her upset over him, especially since there is no need for it.
