I want to thank everyone who has followed the journey of Riley from the very first chapter of this book until this point.
Your love and support kept me going despite how emotional writing Riley's story was for me. I don't know if I have mentioned it before; Although 80percent of the book is fiction, the other 20percent are from real time experience. (not mine.)
If you've read this book to the end, thank you and I'll say it once again that I do not support any form of homophobic acts or the use of harmful substance to hurt another.
I just needed to tell Riley's story the best way I could, and the parents are a lot similar to most Nigerian religious parents and how they prioritize their worship over their kids.
