“Thank you.” I said to our president and other club members that were inside the club room.
“Thank you too. Be safe on the way.” Our president replied.
I smiled at her as a reply. Jake did not say anything as always.
We have been together with the other club members for so long but he still did not try to greet them or even say goodbyes.
“You are hopeless.” I said to myself while I looked at him.
We walked together on the way. Jake is going towards the school gate while I am walking until the bench only so I can wait for Michael and John there.
“Will you be okay?” Jake asked me as we walked together.
“I hope I will. Everyone does.” I replied to Jake.
