“There is literally nothing in these cupboards .” Lexi mutters to herself as she searches everywhere for something to snack on , but every cupboard she opened was empty .
Alec stands behind her in the door frame , watching her stand on her tippy toes .
“ Because we never come here.” He explains , making her slam the cupboard shut with a loud thud before she whips around , staring at him with wide eyes .
“So we should have brought some groceries with ?” She asks with furrowed eyebrows , hating that he caught her searching .
“No .” Alec scoffs , shaking his head as he puts his long coat on that hang down to his calfs .

“We should go to the store .” He teases as if sje didn’t even know what a store was .
