Alec in fact did not go to the beach , he too went to bed and fell asleep with the single thought of Lexi .
A knock on the door has him jolting awake , he lifts his head , glancing around the room and his head dropped down onto the pillow as he laid on his back .
He shrugged the sound off , thinking that it was just a dream , his eyes slowly starting to fall shut again , but the second knock on the door has him groaning now that he knows it's not just a dream .
Alec gets off the bed , rubbing the sleep from his eyes as he walks to the door , wondering who the hell it is .
As he grabs the handle , he freezes , wondering if it's Lexi .
He steps back , turning his body to the mirror and fixes his hair before opening the door , disappointed but glad that it's only Quinn .
