A few days before I met Bane, I was at a coffee shop waiting for Marco to finish his football practice.
I was happily drinking my mango passion fruit when a woman sat beside me. A man hovered beside her like a bodyguard as she smiled at me warmly.
She had an unearthly beauty to her as if she was glowing happily like a pregnant woman would.
The man beside her was huge and angry looking. He's handsome and scary at the same time but in his eyes a twinkle of mischief was there.
"Hi," The woman started beaming at me charmingly. How could someone so beautiful even exists? This isn't fair. I mean look at me? "I'm sorry to bother you sweetie but I couldn't help but wonder, are you Avery?"
