"I will see you on Monday then?" Hazel asked as Damien dropped her off at her place and he nodded his head.
"You will," He answered and Hazel stared at him with a weird look. It was uncomfortable and he tried to keep his face as impassive as he could.
"What?" Damien asked and she shook her head.
"Everything...everything's alright, right?" She asked softly and it took all his strength to hold himself and nod his head. Nothing was alright. Nothing was f*****g alright but he wasn't ready to let her know yet.
