                                                                                       Noah "Alright guys...we have a Boeuf Bourguignon to go," I shouted, reading out the orders. "Cherry Clafoutis, Kibbeh and Kafta...go...go these are  the last of the order for the day!" It was crazy inside the kitchen. So exhilarating that it takes my breath away and more so because this was my kitchen. My own kitchen and my own restaurant. This was my own dream that has now materialised exactly in the way I always wanted it to. Six months past opening and this place was always crowded to the point that I have to double the staff just after three months. Sometimes, it seemed like a surreal dream but actually it wasn't. And that's what made every ounce of energy spent here worth it.  "Good job everyone!
