Author’s POV
It was all like a click. You know what I am telling you about? That moment when the world stops moving around you and the movements freeze , everything disappears and in the center of everything is only you. You just stay there , like a very bored spectator analyze everything.
Meredith just looks around her and she can’t ask herself:
“Artemis, What the hell is going on?”
“I will honestly say that I have no idea!” and Artemis activates all her senses fearing that there is some magic around.
“Max...” Meredith whispers remembering that he is wounded and she runs directly to where he lays on the ground, helped by Sam and Luke. He is looking in her direction and he just stays like a statue. His eyes are so scared that it breaks her heart.
