Author’s POV
“I'm not okay with this, Meredith!” Max said and he called her on her full name. He is damned furious right now and he can’t even look at her.
“Max,” she whispered, leaving her blazer on their bed and walking to him.
He just stays in front of the window, looking outside, with his hands on his chest and cursing the whole world.
“Max, don’t act like that” she whispered and came behind him but he moved away from her and if he could he would strangle her.
“I suggest you to stay away from me” he said without looking at her, and he starts to take off his suit, grabs some shorts and a shirt and walks directly to the bathroom leaving Meredith alone.
“This scoundrel!” Meredith said with tears in her eyes. “How can’t he understand why this is a must?”
