She stood staring up at Karsyn, he’d just voiced that he would move here to the Wintering Moon Pack, give up his own pack and stay here with her. She knew it was what she wanted, but she’d not actually expected there to be no fight over it. She thought that the two of them were really going to get into it and have a full-on screaming match over who went where at some point in time.
He was smiling down at her, and she knew he meant it. It wasn’t just the words or the way he was looking at her either, it was the softness of his touch on her face. “Thank you,” she half whispered up at him.
