The day was more than fun for her. She got to try and storm off from Karsyn himself, gave that man a real run for his money, shot out of the packhouse away from him and their lunch the moment she’d finished eating. Actually heard him and his wolf, Crush, roar all angry like a full Alpha wolf roar of annoyance and anger.
Then he was just hunting her all over the pack as she ran from him and his beast, shot herself right out of the pack altogether and heard him laugh a few minutes later, they were out of sight of the pack. She stopped running and turned to look at him.
Saw the smile on his face, “Oh, I like chasing you.” he’d snagged her around the waist and pulled her right into him, “A lot.” he’d growled all deeply at her and was kissing her a moment later.
