Ever since we got that last note from Lexi, we have both been a nervous wreck. It is now two days past my due date and my belly has gotten so big, I can hardly get up and move around by myself. I was laid back in the recliner taking a nap, when I was jolted awake by a fairly strong contraction. As soon as I started whimpering from the pain, James was quickly by my side. "Are you okay, love?" he asked with concern.
I looked at him with wide eyes as I nervously replied, "It's time, get Ace and Shelly here now."
