We all walked around to the backyard together. James and I headed toward the stage, while the others took a seat with the rest of the pack members.
Once everybody was seated, Alpha Jason walked onto the stage, then his voice boomed through the air, as he shouted, "Thank you for joining us this evening. We are here to celebrate the acceptance of a new pack member. Andrea would you please join me on the stage."
James squeezed my hand for reassurance, then helped me walk up the stairs to the stage.
