The group was finally on its last stop. After five whole days of travel, Claire said that they are nearing the city. Something which gladdened Asther who wanted to pick up the pace in improving and sharpening his skills.
Before this, they made one last stop. They moved to a spot that’s near the exit of the forest but still far enough to not get noticed by the guards on top of the city’s walls.
“We’re going to eat the remainder of our food here. We can continue moving afterwards.” She commanded and, her male soldiers gladly complied.
These two are assisted by Octavia who began to cook and set up the eating area. Meanwhile, Asther watched as Claire went towards him. And just from the expression on her face, he already knows what it is that she would ask.
