There isn’t actually a way for Asther to suddenly get his allies stronger. Leveling overnight is not an option. Nor can they receive skills that easily. And as far as actual combat goes, Asther can’t train them to be master assassins overnight. If he could, then he would’ve done something like this a long time ago. Unfortunately, something like this is too unrealistic.
However, it isn’t like he’s entirely out of options as well. There is still something that Asther can do. And, only he can do at that. The necromancer, who is an irregularity of that world, can craft items and weapons for his allies.
