Runes. This is not something that a person can easily understand. For one thing, the language that is used on runes is so difficult that even the most learned scholars take at least ten years of their lives just to get the basics down. Then there’s the problem of this language in itself being lost altogether.
As mentioned, runes have been naturally forgotten with the passage of time. This is because of the said threat and danger that comes along with the usage of the runes.
