Nicole sighed. She had lost count on how many times she had done that in the past thirty minutes alone. She glanced at her phone, strategically placed besides her before she sighed once again. Clicking on the remote she searched for anything interesting on TV but came up empty. Groaning, she threw the remote away. Why did she say no to dinner? Now here she was bored, waiting for a call that probably wasn’t going to come. Not that she wanted to talk to him, she just didn’t like to be woken up once she sleeps-something that might happen if she were to sleep before Marko called.
