~Two Months Later
Stella was home for the summer and things seemed like they were still hanging heavily on her. Jack was still drowning himself in work and pack issues. He was practically foaming at the mouth, needing attention from Stella still and wanting answers. It was almost sad seeing him begging for her attention and her just pushing him further away again. Things were ok for a time then it was like everything came flooding back and made a mess of their lives again.
I was still hoping our hunch would pay off about Adria and Carmen. It’s been five months since Stella lost the pup and we are still after answers. I want to help my Alpha and Luna and avenge the loss of our future Alpha.
