I grinned widely as I followed Theo up to the rooftop. He's jealous.
And I don't want to give up so I could prove it. I still need to make Theo more jealous. Seriously, I was having fun while teasing Julia but I don't like her. I only see her as a friend.
When we got to the rooftop, he approached the railings and looked down.
"What was that, Dylan?" He said coldly.
Oh, I pissed the great denial, Theodore.
"Huh? What what was that?" I asked innocently then smiled.
He turned to me, and there I saw his very bright red eyes with an expression of anger. s**t! Should I be nervous? Do I have to run?
"Didn't I say to you that just get close to her?" This time, I could feel his anger at every word he uttered.
"What? Dude, relax." Damn, I'm felt my insides trembling. "I remember what you said, every single detail!" I said nervously. I should be scared, f**k.
I shouldn't have done that. Theo will kill me. I know Theo since we are kids. He doesn't like us messing with him or what's his. He took almost all of us down every time we teased him. We are almost going to die if only Queen Mother didn't stop him. Damn! I don't want to die.
"And don't do any f*****g moves to her? Seriously, Dylan. Since when did you become a flirt?" he added. His voice also rose.
I smiled. Moves, huh?
"Dude, I'm not doing anything", I said lightly.
I am not able to avoid it yet, I expected him to do that to me. His punch was more painful now than it was back then. "f**k!" I growled while holding my jaw.
"You f*****g touch and kiss her!" he said as he looked at me with glazed eyes.
Now, I regretted what I did. I don't want to receive punches from an all-around monster again. s**t. If Theo is a smirking monster, his side of punching monster is much worse.
I stood up from the ground. "Why, Theo? You can not be jealous, right? You said that to yourself, right? Why are you reacting now?" I smiled at him with an intriguing tone on my words.
Theo is also stupid. He ordered me on the first day to get close to Julia because he said he bumped into her, but the i***t was a coward. Theo can't approach Julia alone. Now, he hurt me just because I obeyed him, though at least I agreed. I know he feels more than a crush on Julia.
He looked away. Got you, man.
"Not yet but these days she is", he answered and jumped from this building.
I smiled widely before shaking my head. Now, Lover boy also confessed. What I did earlier quickly paid off.
It's good that my bruise disappears quickly. I left the rooftop and returned to our classroom. When I entered the room. I saw Julia sitting, looking like an i***t.
I laughed lowly.
She can't move on from what I did. Julia is one of a kind. I know she is kind, but she's also strong. She's just hiding it. But Julia is off-limits. I just want her to be my best friend.
I don't like commitment. It's hard to believe, but I got no girlfriend since birth. I'm not ready, and relationship has so many responsibilities on it.
That's why I really wanted Julia to be just my best friend Also, because maybe the next time Theo calls me again, it's not only his powerful punch that I will receive.
"Julia!" I called to her.
He turned to me, and I laughed. s**t! Her face is priceless. She's blushing with her wide eyes.
"You're blushing! Are you really that affected? "I teased her.
I really like teasing this girl. I'm really having fun.
"I'm not, stop it!" she scolded me as she covered her cheek.
"Okay, sorry about what happened earlier. I was just teasing you." I said, chuckling.
"Don't remind me of that", she replied while still not looking at me.
"By the way, I'm serious. Love me like you do is our music video cover. Don't worry no naughty scenes. We'll just dance like a couple and sing."
"Just make sure, Dylan. I'm serious too! This time I'm really going to beat you!" she retorted that made me laugh.
If you only know, Julia. I'm forbidden doing nasty things to you because your smirking monster may become a beast monster when that happens again.
Theo is now a lover boy and Julia? Well, she's amusing. Theo is really lucky.
I JUST got off from the cab on my way home. I have a few more streets to walk before reaching my unit building. I stopped when my stomach grumbling.
Of course.
I haven't eaten much earlier. It's because of Theodore Valerious.
While I was with Dylan earlier, I noticed that Theo was staring at me. He was with his other cousins. He's acting really weird for hours until everyone goes home.
"Hey, get out of there!"
I was immediately confused and surprised when I felt that someone had pushed me to the side of the road.
I looked at the man who's glaring at me while inside his car. "What? Do you want to kill yourself, huh!"
"We apologize, Sir. Sorry." I looked at the man who had saved me.
"Theo?"
"Next time, watch your girlfriend!" The driver shouted and left us with his vehicle.
I'm dumbfounded. "Thank you."
"I'm sorry about my stares, Julia. It's just…" He sighed that made me wonder.
"I know you're hungry. Let me treat you." He said, and I could not help but be silent as he pulled me into 7/11. I am still shocked by the idea that he's here with me.
Theodore is only interested in me when he only wants to tease and make me angry. But other than that, he doesn't care about me. It was only Dylan who's always concerned at me just like what Theo's acting right now.
"Uh, what do you eat for dinner?" He asked, uncertainty on his voice.
I pointed out the hotdogs. I entered this 7/11 so many times, so even if I don't look, I know where that part of 7/11 is.
"Okay, sit there and wait for me." He pointed the seats near the window glass.
Minutes passed before he came back with three plastics on his hand.
"I bought the hotdogs you wanted and this…" He laid two more plastics on the table. "I bought some milk and random foods for you."
I was surprised by the items he has bought. "Why are you doing this, Theo? The last time I checked, you just brought trouble to me. You and Dylan. Two of your fangirls attacked me and then…" I was stunned when I could not remember what happened to me that day.
It was very clear in my memory that day. I was attacked by two women because Dylan and Theo were biased towards me.
"What are you talking about, Julia?" Theo also asked me, confused.
