I woke up here in my room. Feeling weird and uneasy.
I got up and took a shower. While I was taking a bath, I felt like my back was a bit sore, even my hips hurt, but I was able to walk and move well.
Weird.
A few minutes later, I was ready. As I made my way to Blackwell, I stopped when I saw people gathering near a TV shop.
When I got close, a news channel was currently reporting on something in the country, and the news was terrifying.
Three bodies were found dead in the city. It is suspected that this is just an animal attack or murder to scare the residents.
"This is not just a simple murder." I turned to the older man who was speaking next to me.
"What do you mean, Grandpa?" I was confused by what he said.
The older man sighed and stared at me. "Every night. Especially at midnight, never go out and make sure that your whole house is closed." The older man looked again at the TVs that are currently showing evidence of murder. I was shocked to see that there were two holes in the neck of one of the dead.
"It was not a man who did it. Only the soul and bloodthirsty man did such a thing as murder." The older man said that was marked on my mind as I made my way to Blackwell.
As soon as I entered the room, I came across a lot of students coming in now. I think we are almost thirty in the class.
I stared at the whole room when Theo and my eyes suddenly met.
He was the first to look away and turn to Dylan and chuck him.
Dylan turned to me, then waved.
"Julia! Here you go!" Dylan calls me and gestured the sit beside him.
Everyone looked at me, so I bent down my head as I walk to Dylan's next seat. Luckily, our Professor is not there yet.
"We are so many right now," Dylan said.
I just nodded in response to Dylan. I'm still feeling weird, and I can't get my mind off what the older man told me.
"Are you okay?"
"s**t, Theo. Don't surprise me that way, god!" I said, touching my chest as I felt my heart pounding frantically.
"Tch! Crazy," said Theo and leaned back in his seat.
"Rude!" I whispered and faced the window when I noticed something.
"Where is Dylan?" I asked Theo.
"Comfort room." He smirked in response to me.
I was dumbfounded. Am I that preoccupied that I didn't even notice Dylan leaving his seat.
I averted my eyes from him. What else is running in his brain?
I was surprised when Theo suddenly clung to me and whispered. "Wanna come with me?"
I steered away and frowned at him—this man playing with me again.
"Do you want to join me in the comfort room?" he huskily whispered in my ear.
Pervert! I glared at him before striking him with my bag.
"Pervert! Leave me alone." I shouted at him as my bag hit him.
"Ouch!" Theo cried while covering his face using his two arms from being hit by my bag.
"Ehem! Good Morning." Professor Dantes said that have been watching us.
They were looking at us. Embarrassing.
At these times, I wish the earth would swallow me up.
Theo is not just an antipathy and arrogant. He is also a pervert.
But wait, he asked me earlier if I was okay? Just when did he started caring about me? The last time I remembered it just bumped me and did not help me stand up.
Impossible.
I just shook my head by the futility that troubled my mind.
"Since you are in 4th-year college, we have been giving you this time, especially girls," said Professor who caught my attention.
"We will have a cheering squad. Only 4th years will join, but it is limited. Only 40 members are needed. So who wants to join? I will take only ten members in this class." Professor explains.
Cheering Squad? Well, I know how to cheer, but that was when I was ten years old because I got an accident when I was 15. I accidentally fell on the stairs of the condo due to haste. I was in a hurry that time so I had an accident and broke my arm, so there's no other choice but to quit. And now I do not know if I still have the ability.
"I wish I had a coul--- ouch!" I stopped whispering when Theo suddenly pinched my arm, so I raised my arm to look at the part he pinched.
"10! Great! Ten members. For the ten that will join, go to the faculty later so we can discuss. Tomorrow is the audition for the members who are going to be the official member of Blackwell Cheering Squad."
"W-what?" Did I just got joined accidentally?
"Nice! Do you like cheering?" Theo said, now smiling at me.
Damn you, Theo. I gave him a deadly death glare. He acted like he was about to die and leaned back in his chair, mocking me. God, what is wrong with this man?
"Okay! Next! The first activity is a music video." Professor said as I gasped again.
There is no discussion yet. There is an activity immediately after the music video. I have not even tried to sing. All I do is listen to music but I never sing. I have idols but I do not sing their songs. All I can do is dance.
"So get a partner. Boy and girl only." said Professor and left the room.
I turned around to see if Dylan was here. I feel frustrated as I saw he's not back yet.
I looked at the smirking person next to me. Little by little, I really believe that Theo is really bipolar.
"Miss Vasquez, you don't have a partner yet?"
I couldn't answer so I just bowed.
"Okay. Partner with Mr. Theo."
I was immediately taken aback by what Professor said.
"W-what ?!" I even got up and hit my desk so now I am the center of attention again.
"Of course, you can't be Miss Vasquez's partner. Why are you here, Mr. Valerious? He told me ---"
"Am I really going to answer your trivial question?" Theo said bored.
Professor was stunned by what Theo said. This arrogant man is really disrespectful.
"Sir, I'm sorry. I'm late." said Dylan who had just arrived.
Theo returned to his seat and Dylan sat down next to me.
"Mr. Dylan, partner with Ms. Vasquez." Professor said that made me breathe in relief.
Yes! Atleast, my partner is my closest classmate.
"Okay! Deadline is third week of this month so you have two weeks and two days." Announced by Professor.
"Okay. Let's partner. I also don't want to be partnered with someone I don't know." Smiling Dylan said to me and fistbumped.
WE are walking to the gate as it was time to go home.
"So, let's start tomorrow?" Dylan asked. I was about to answer him when he objected.
"Oh! We can't! You have an audition tomorrow." Dylan suddenly said that me surprised.
"Huh? How did you know? You weren't there when it was announced."
"Uh, I just heard from one of our classmates." he said and averted his eyes.
"Okay, ouch!" I moaned when I bumped into someone.
Who else did I bump into?
"Tch! You're not looking." Theo said smiling, he averted his eyes but I could see he smirked.
My blood really boiled at what I saw. You are really trying me, Theodore Valerious.
