“I want to take you to see Paris; I know our babies had a great walk yesterday,” Vincent says, and playfully taps the tip of my nose.
I'm about to accept his proposal when our breakfast arrives. I go to the door to get our breakfast; the dishes smell delicious.
We eat while talking about the kids, about us, about our new life together. When we finish, we both get the kids ready, dress them in warm clothes, and leave them with Victoria while we get ready to go out.
“Victoria, today we’ll take care of the kids. Take the day off, explore Paris,” Vincent tells her, and Victoria's eyes light up. She grabs her coat, her purse, and kisses the babies.
“Thank you,” is the last thing she says, skipping out of the room quickly, making us laugh.
