Liam and I hadn't publicly admitted to or announced our relationship. We'd tried to be discreet until we figured out the baby situation. He wanted the baby as much as I did but was unwilling to start trying until we came to terms on the legalities. I had paperwork drawn up by my lawyer that released him of any and all liability, and we'd fought for days about his signing it.
