The next day, Princess Lyana stood at the waiting area of the central palace waiting for the woman who could change her brother’s Fate. What other choices did she have other than ensuring her brother would survive the curse. His death would be the end of Rivera.
Hiding the secret of the feared Beast in Rivera was what she had to do to maintain peace for her people. The knowledge of Logan being the one that ended the life of innocent women would create chaos. The people of Rivera would vote for his death and the country would have no other male heir to the throne to be crown King.
An alternative remedy was for her to agree on the union the late King Lance had forged with a small country called Molgana. Small but with powerful military force.
