Annalease was sitting in her office when Marcus knocked on her door. "Come in stranger" She said getting up to hug Marcus. "I'm glad you finally decided to drop by" She said. It had been a couple of weeks since she had bitten him to save his life. "Yeah, I'm sorry about that. I just felt really bad about what happened." He said sincerely. "Marcus it's ok. it's not like you tried to drain me. We had this discussion." Annalease said. "I know, but I still feel horrible about it. Plus it took me over a week to get over Mary Beth's training lesson she gave us" He told her laughing. "Yeah, well it took Mark and the others about the same." she informed him. "Have a seat" Annalease said as she sat in her chair. "Do you want one?" she asked holding up a plate of cookies. Marcus grabbed one.
