Annalease sat I. her office for a few minutes after speaking to her father taking in what he had said about everything, but especially about Helena Grace as she stared at her picture wishing she was still the sweet four year old running around. Her thoughts were interrupted as Mark knocked on her office door then walking in. "Hey beautiful, are you ok?" He asked. He knew her better than anyone and could read her like a book. "I just had a talk with my father, shut the door please." She asked him. He turned around and shut the door. This was very out of character for Annalease who always has the door open especially for the children to come in to see her or to show her something. "This must be bad" Mark said to her.
