Zoey goes to the bathroom to change into that hospital gown the pregnant women are wearing and I take the opportunity to ask the doctor everything that scares me about her pregnancy. I wanted a pup so much to the point that I made this stupid plan with the surrogacy, but things ended perfectly as if the Moon Goddess had foiled my original plans and set me straight.
“This is happening , doctor. This is real” I tell him and look around and see the ultrasound machine. My heart is literally jumping out of my chest, thinking that today I will be able to see my pup for the first time in my life.
“It is real but at this rate soon you will have no pup, Alpha. I was serious when I told you to take good care of her because her pregnancy is at risk.” he scolds me and I say nothing
