This can’t happen. No, no, no…this is a bad dream!
I see Tristan releasing me and the way he looks at me is like an open book. He just realized that he messed things up royally.
I feel the bond mate becoming stronger and stronger but as the bond becomes this way in Tristan’s eyes I am able to see the regret increasing.
He regrets marking me. He just realized what his wolf did.
“Tristan, step aside!” Rose says, pushing him from me. “What the hell have you done?” she asks him and pulls me to her chest, hugging me, while I burst into tears as I am freaking out.
“Shhhht” she whispers. “Everything will be fine. Now that you are marked, you are truly our Luna. This changes everything, Zoey.” and she is tapping my back in a failed attempt to help me calm down.
