Fear crippled me. I ran as fast as I could through the forest. I don't know what the hell I just saw, but it scared the s**t out of me.
What the hell did I witness?
They all changed into wolves. I mean, all five men turned into wolves.
Not just the men—Logan. He also turned into a wolf. I couldn't wrap my head around it all.
My mind was spinning, but I knew I needed to run.
When I saw him change into that enormous wolf—I lost it. I had to run away. Hearing growling, I bolted in a different direction from where the path was. I didn't know if they were chasing after me. All I knew was I had to leave. I didn't even look back and didn't stop for anything.
Running through the trees, I came out and was on the other side of the town. I ran back to the bookstore, my eyes full of tears
