We are all waiting for Alpha Leon to start the Ceremony, when Cyran becomes restless and I look around to see every Squad member on high alert.
Most of them keep an eye on the guests, a handful keep their eye on the stage and others are looking at something behind me. I turn around to see their Squad Captain walking towards me, I can’t see her face because of the hood.
The only reason I can tell she is a female is her curves, until I am able to look into her eyes and what eyes they are. Bright green, that becomes even brighter when her Wolf or Lycan pushes forward and that is when I almost fall from my chair.
“She is our connection.” Cyran calls out and I reach for Darius to get him to look behind us.
