Pacing back and forth behind my desk, I stared at the blank piece of paper. I had been trying all damn morning to put my words down on paper, but since I was never really great and this kind of thing, I had no damn idea where to start.
Time was ticking by faster and faster and the deadline was glaring at me. I decided that since none of them would give me a chance to tell my side of the story, I could use this opportunity to do so, but the words just wouldn’t come.
It was an impossible task, but I knew that if I didn’t do that, I was going to regret it for the rest of my life! I wouldn’t say that it didn’t matter whether they picked me or not. I just wanted to tell them all my side. I would have preferred doing it face to face, but pen and paper was all I had left.
