As soon as the words left Rose’s lips, my body stiffened, and I was on edge. Her voice sounded serious and the urgency behind her eyes was very present. My wolf was instantly on edge, she didn’t like the way she was looking at us.
“What is it?” I asked slowly, not really convinced I wanted to know. Helena looked curious as well, but she didn’t say anything, we were all waiting for Rose to react.
After a couple of breaths, she sighed and took my hands firmly between hers.
