After hanging up the phone, Theodora suddenly sensed something was off. The surroundings were too quiet. It was unnervingly silent. Without warning, a hand shot out from behind, grabbing her and pulling her into a narrow alley. A group of men quickly surrounded her. A couple of rough-looking thugs eyed her with obvious interest. "Well, well... a beauty," one of the thugs commented, his voice dripping with sleaze. Theodora's eyes quickly scanned the area. "Don't bother looking around," one of the thugs sneered.
