Chapter Twenty One: Celebrity

Charles had been right about the traffic – it was so snarled up that Alina was barely able to average thirty miles per hour. She called ahead to warn Rachel she’d be cutting it fine, but just when she thought she might miss the start of their session the traffic seemed to melt away, and she was finally able to speed up. Even then she barely had time to change into her smart business suit before the afternoon presentations began; and the look of relief on Rachel’s face was priceless.
