“Shifting?” the twins asked in unison.
I got annoyed. To avoid unnecessary argument, I calmly said, “This was included in the report I prepared for you. Were you able to read it? I have written everything there, including what happened during her birthday.” The report included important points like finding out about the sun and moon pendant, Kendra's birthday where she did not shift but had her heat instead, our visit to Cecilia, the old witch, and what I had witnessed on our meeting with Amy in Bedford. Of course, I did not include in the report any of our intimacies or our growing relationship–they were private matters between Kendra and me.
