Isabella’s POV
I can’t believe I dragged Liam into this mess, but I also never expected Jared to do something so stupid.
What are they both thinking?
“Liam had to accept the challenge, Bella,” Tammie was right, but I still worried about Liam.
I knew he would kill Jared, and Jensen seems fine with it, but what will happen when he grows?
“What if Jensen resents Liam? He is going to kill his father, after all.”
That was my biggest fear. Right now, Jensen didn’t see Jared as his father—he never really had. But would he feel differently when he was older? Would he look back and wonder if things could have been different?
“Bella, you know Jared isn’t a father to Jensen. He never has been. Killing someone like him isn’t the same as taking away a real parent. You know that,” Tammie said
