CHAPTER SIXTEEN
I can’t believe for the life of me, I’m in Adam’s car. The softness of the plushy seats and his matching easiness, relax me in ways that I never thought possible. There is music playing on the car’s radio at a low, undistracting volume.
“So, you like any juice with grapes in it, you’d watch anything horror and comedy and even better, if it is a cocktail of the two. Its like you want to laugh and s**t yourself at the same time. Why do I find that oddly interesting about you?” he risks a quick glance at me, the amusement in his voice unmissable.
