“What the f**k!” Carl cried out as he stared at Vicky as if she had three heads instead of one. Jeffery was looking out the window and seemed unphased by the meeting and Jenny was not around.
“Carl, surely you had to have known that at some point this would’ve happened,” Vicky pointed out. Carl groaned as he stood up from the chair and paced the room.
“Nice! Great job,” Ck commented sarcastically and Carl quickly hushed him.
“What exactly does this mean?” he asked, and Jeffery turned to look at him.
“It means, you have to find Emily, have your marriage annulled, reject her and marry Jenny. It means you have to claim her as your mate,” Jeffery explained. Ck was angry and growling loudly. Carl was in a state of shock, anger, and denial.
