DAMIEN’S POV
The trackers had been searching for Lukas’s trail for days now, but they still hadn’t found anything. They couldn’t pick Elena’s or Lukas’s scent and it was as if they had both just disappeared from the face of the earth. A part of me felt like they were not doing enough, but I tried to remain calm. I wasn’t going on the search with them because I didn’t think that there was much help that I could offer them. I wasn’t a tracker and if I did go out I would have most likely gotten in the way of what they were doing. However, I had reached the point of feeling utterly useless.
