If Jared Find's Me Here I Am Dead

Carlos POV

"You have done so much for me Carlos, so I need to return the favour" he replied.

Mr Nelson had done a favour for me, he helped me with the money.

"You don't need to return anything sir, it's my duty to help you, and I would love to help you sir", I replied.

It took time for Mr Nelson to respond to my question, it seemed that he went into deep thought, but I didn't know what he was thinking, so I waited for his response for sometime, but I didn't get any response from him.

"What are you thinking sir?", I asked.

"Ahh..hh no nothing, just thinking about my wife", he replied

"Oh okay sir", I replied.

"Carlos, what about you, any girlfriend or fiance?", He asked him.

"No sir I don't have any girlfriend, why would any girl date a loser like me, who doesn't have a good job, who has so many loans, why would Anyone date me, I don't even look good", I replied.

I told him the truth that no one was interested in me because I am not that rich.

I thought to myself that it's his baby, how can he not care about that innocent life, I know that Mr Nelson loves his wife but it's not the baby's fault why is he not caring about the baby.

I didn't comment anything on this because it's his life, his baby and his wife, it's on him who he should care about more if he cares for his wife more than his kid it's his decision, I am no one to judge him, because I am no one in his life, so I thought it would be better for me to stay quiet and not ask his any other question

We waited for our flight for an hour and then we headed towards the plane.

Suddenly I saw that mr Nelson seemed nervous and he was walking a bit faster from before

"Walk a bit fast Carlos, these are the officers who are in search of me", he told me.

I couldn't understand why he was telling me to walk faster was there any problem, there was many questions going on in my head, because I knew that if Jared was here Mr Nelson's bodyguard, he would surely shoot me without any warning and he would not wait for mr Nelson's command he would directly shoot me, and I was afraid of that, because Jared had already warned me that if he found me with christof he would shoot me, and I knew that jared was capable of doing that.

"These are the officers who are in search of you sir?How do you know that they are here for you?"I asked him.

"Don't look at them Carlos they can have a doubt just keep walking" he told me

"Okay sir,'' I replied back.

I was now getting scared and I started sweating, because if I get caught with Mr Nelson they could arrest me, and I would serve in jail, I had my old mother to take care of, and without me she didn't have anyone else in her life, i was scared of that, I couldn't die, different thoughts were racing in my mind. From my one eye I saw that mr nelson was looking at me, I think he could see through my expressions that I was dead scared.

"Carlos if you get scared they will notice that, so be calm okay, don't get scared", He told me, he was trying to calm him down.

But I couldn't understand how Mr Nelson knew that the officers were looking for him, airports have officers for safety.

"Okay sir, I am trying to keep a normal face, but sir how do you Know that they are in search of you?"I asked him the same question again.

"I will tell you everything after we are in the plane, okay, for now just keep walking and don't let them notice you", he said.

"Okay sir", I replied.

We kept walking, after a few minutes we entered the plane and I showed my passport to one of the airhostess there. First Mr Nelson showed his passport to the airhostess and then I followed him.

We took our seats and we waited for the plane to take off.

"We succeeded in tricking the officers sir", I replied.

"Yeah you are right Carlos, I can't imagine that I am doing all this, this the first time I am running from the officers and from my own people, especially Jared", he said while laughing.

"Sir you are doing all of this for your wife, for the person whom you love, so don't regret doing this", I replied.

"No Carlos I am not regretting anything, I am doing all of this for Addison, why will o regret, I love her and I can do anything for her Carlos, I can do anything for her!!!", He replied.

"I know that sir you love her very much and you can also give your life for her",I replied back with a smile.

I was happy that Jared was not here because it would be very difficult to trick him, Jared is one of the smartest people, he can never be tricked, but Mr Nelson could trick him, I knew that Jared would be now cautious than before because he would repeat the same mistake again, he would not miss even a slightest thing.

I saw Mr Nelson closing his eyes, he must be trying to hide his tears from me, he always closes his eyes when he feels like crying, he has not yet changed, but I can always know when he is feeling low.

He must be thinking about Addison, his wife, I felt sad for him at that time. I wanted to cheer him up, or just distract him, because it's difficult to make Christof laugh.

"Sir you didn't answer my question, how did you know that officers are here for you, because it's normal for police to be at an airport", I replied.

"I heard one of the officers take my name, and they were in search of me. Jared must have asked for their help, that's how I know Carlos", he replied.

"Okay sir", I replied.

"Have something Carlos you must be hungry"he said facing his head towards me while lying his head behind on the seat.

"I have not traveled on a plane before sir, it's my first time travelling, so I don't know what you get here", I replied.

"Okay I will order something for you, I have travelled a lot so I can help you out", he replied.

He called one of the airhostess near us.

"I want you to get some pizza and a bottle of wine", he said to the air hostess.

"Yes sir, we will get your pizza and wine in a few minutes", she replied.

"Pizza will do, right?"He asked me.

"Yes sir, something light during a trip is better", I replied.

"Yeah, otherwise you can fall sick, some people fall sick during their travels, it's common, what about you Carlos do you fall sick?", He asked me.

"No I don't feel sick, but I have too much and if I am already sick, I would surely be hospitalized, that's common for me because it has happened many times with me, that's why I never travel when I am not well", I replied.

"So are you okay now Carlos, or are you sick, because we have been driving for hours, that's why", he asked me.

"No sir I am fine I am not feeling sick", I replied.

"That's awesome, then we all are good now",he replied.

"Yes sir", I replied

The airhostess brought wine and some pizza for us.

"Have them Carlos because then we might not be able to rest, so whatever you want to have you can have them now", he replied.

"Yes sir", I replied.

We both had pizza and wine, and we took some rest.

I put on my headphones and I heard some music.

Mr Nelson was sleeping, he must be very tired Because of the long journey, so he was resting.
