It took us about two hours to get the place fully set up for the event. Josh, Nick, Sammy, and I put up several huge tents that my parents purchased several years ago to give some shade coverage for everyone coming. Once we got them up, we all set out tables and chairs while my dad worked on getting the smokers going to cook the food. As he was cooking the food, the rest of us worked on the Fourth of July decorations and getting all of the coolers set up to hold the drinks. Once my mom got back from the store, we started setting things out and rearranging things right before everyone arrived. All in all, it took us about four hours to get everything ready and my dad made sure we had enough food to feed the masses that were starting to arrive.
