When the door swung open, Katie’s knees gave out and I caught her tightly in my arms before she hit the ground. “f**k…” Who knew that a dead weight girl of about one hundred and forty pounds could feel so light to me. I sighed as I shook my head slowly and turned to look at the front door of her apartment. I knew it was her parents, but I don’t think they were prepared for what they were about to see.
