I feel his warm breath next to my ear and it makes the hairs on the back of my neck stand on edge. I get a shiver down my spine as he whispers back to me. “You’re welcome.” Was it my imagination or was his voice just husky? I shake my head softly as I turn my attention back to the director and follow his lead as he leads the congregation in worship and praise songs. I keep up with all of the songs seamlessly since I have been singing these same songs since I was roughly three or four years old. I smile to myself as I feel my body sway gently to the music.
