Chapter 84 Inside Chraze, Dana and Cassandra stood side-by-side and watched the blackness as it neared. The great darkness was no longer a distant globe of menace. It now loomed above them so close it was hard to see that it was really curved. Every line curved inward as if falling down into a black hole. Dana decided that made sense if it was an event horizon. The Software had placed a black hole across the threshold of all existence. Dana had to struggle to not scream. Might have done so anyway if Cassandra hadn’t been there to see.
