Chapter 90 “Now they’re both doing it.” Sam’s voice was soft and drifting. Dana opened one eye and followed the direction of Sam’s lazy nod. She had to squint against the sunlight that sparkled from behind Tee and Jeremy. It was haloing the two of them like a Godlight…or an oncoming truck on a dark road. Jeremy was still cross-legged, unmoving. Now Tee stood over him, one knee touching his shoulder, her mouth open in a circle of surprise, her eyes wide. Dana fought the languid cloak that was draped over her soul and raised a hand to block out the sun’s glare. They weren’t just still. They were un-moving. Tee’s hair, caught by a passing breeze, stood stiff even though the breeze still caressed the grass below and the cherry blossoms above into soothing waves. Dana forced herself up
