Alpha Logan stormed across the paved path behind Elder James’s mansion, eyes flashing under the veil of his sleek mask. His hair was damp with sweat, swiped backward in frustration, the veins in his neck pulsing with rage. "Where the f**k is she?!" He clenched his jaw so tight it ached and mindlinked Beta Fergus with a guttural snarl: “Find her. I don’t care if you have to burn this f*****g place to the ground—FIND HER.” His tone was sharp enough to slice through bones. Even his wolf was pacing inside him, claws digging, desperate. He tried to shake the panic crawling up his throat, but every breath felt like fire.
